We watched the superbowl last night at a bar called Cheers at Picadilly Circus. It was part of the American chain, complete with pictures from the show and Fraiser DVDs on sale. Most of the people inside who weren't American had no idea what was going on, but cheered anyways. A few were wearing football jerseys, but very few from the teams actually playing in the Superbowl. They had English announcers telling everyone what was going on, and would sometimes try and relate it to something in rugby.
